Along the way, they talk to people along the way and representatives of the press about their experiences with the illness, thereby sending a clear message about dealing openly with depression.

It doesnt matter how many kilometers you drive, whats important is that youre actively moving - whether on foot, by bike or in a kayak.
The movement donations enable everyone to experience low-threshold moving moments and self-efficacy and to share this with many people.The MUT snippet hunt is similar to geocaching, but works without registration and spreads small MUT moments across Germany.
You hide small things or texts in special places that other people can find.
There are no limits to creativity here.
